Playing Rule
Changes:
There were a number of rule changes that have been adopted which
affect the way the game is played. These new rules emphasise skating, puck
possession and the proper use of the body to establish position and a
competitive advantage. There will greater restrictions on the holding, hooking
and interferience infractions as was recently changed in pro hockey. To see

Coaching
Restrictions:
Another rule has been passed affectiong the coaches. Now coaches must wear
an approved helmet for any on ice activity including practices and controlled
scrimmages. Coaches must also satisfy the minimum requirements when coaching a
team. This is shown here:
