• We have simplified the registration process this year by having the process on-line. Follow these steps:

·        To register for the upcoming 2012-2013 season, follow these 2 steps:

1.      You must first have a valid USA hockey 2012-2013 registration number.   (You will know your number is a 2012-2013 number if the 4th digit is a “3”.)  Obtain your child’s USA Hockey registration number by clicking this link http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/

2.      Once you have obtained the registration number, register for the LVCM Wolfpack. 

·        The non-refundable registration fee is $250....  and registration is open

·         Register by clicking this link http://www.usahockey.com/LocalReg/Register.aspx?regId=509

       Fee:

• Full Payment is due by October 31, 2012
• The total annual cost (excluding jerseys and tournaments) for this year are Estimated to be:
  • Bantam: $1,300 if registered by May 30
  • Peewee: $1,300 if registered by May 30
  • Squirt:  $1,300 if registered by May 30
  • Mite:  $900 if registered by May 30
  • Mini-Mite:  Cost will be $450 for the season.
