We have simplified the registration process
this year by having the process on-line. Follow these steps:

To register for the upcoming
2011-2012 season, follow these 2 steps:
1.
You must first have a valid USA
hockey 2011-2012 registration number.
(You will know your number is a 2011-2012 number if the
4th digit is a “2”.)
Obtain your child’s USA Hockey registration number by clicking

2.
Once you have obtained the
registration number, register for the LVCM Wolfpack.

The non-refundable registration
fee is $250 and registration is open through
July 9, 2011

- The total annual cost (excluding
jerseys and tournaments) for this year are:
- Bantam: $1,100 if registered by
July 9, $1,200 after July 9.
- Peewee: $1,100 if registered by
July 9, $1,200 after July 9
- Squirt:
$1,100 if registered by July 9, $1,200 after July
9.
- Mite:
$900 if registered by July 9, $1,000 after July 9
- Mini-Mite:
Cost will be $450 for the season.
- Travel Players: Cost is $20 per ice
session (practice/game)
