The West Morris Wolfpack Youth Hockey Club (the Club) maintains a policy that registration fees are non-refundable.  Registration fees are based on a variety of costs determined by the total number of teams and number of players registered on each team. Because many of these costs must be paid in advance, player withdrawals still result in a cost to the club.

However, the Club recognizes that, from time to time, players may need to withdraw from our club due to unforeseen circumstances.  To better serve our families, the Wolfpack Board may elect to entertain refund requests in its sole discretion, on a case by case basis.  The Board has full discretion to determine (a) whether to grant a refund, and (b) if so, the amount of the refund and how it should be transmitted.
